If the work that you have received from us is not as described on our website (MyWriters.com) or as requested by you, we are more than happy to make revisions.
Requests for a revision must be made in via our Helpdesk at at https://mywriters.zendesk.com and received within 48 hours after we have delivered the articles.
Refund Policy (for all content):
If however you are not satisfied with our work and wish to receive a refund, the following rules apply:
a) If we have not begun work on your order you will receive an 100% refund upon request.
b) If we have already begun working on your order then we can not issue a refund for the work already in progress. We will however, issue a refund for work that has not yet begun. So if you order 10 articles, and we have begun work on 1 of the 10 articles, you will receive a refund for 9 articles. Please keep in mind that if you purchase volume content and receive a volume discount, then any remaining work that falls under the volume discount will be charged our prevailing single article price.
c) If the work has already been completed and you have received your order we can not issue a refund for services already rendered. Our writers are paid for the time they spend writing, we cant refund their time and will not ask our writers to refund their pay.
