Question: How Do I place an order?
Answer: You place your chosen items into the shopping cart and complete the purchase. You will then be directed to an order instructions page. Please follow those directions. You will also receive an email with the same instructions and confirming your order. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please open a helpdesk ticket at https://mywriters.zendesk.com. If opening a ticket after business hours EST or on a weekend or holiday we more than likely not respond until the next business day.

Question: What happens after I place an order?
Answer: First you will be directed to an order instructions page, please follow the instructions as stated on that page for order entry. You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the order instructions page in case you need to come back to it. In a nutshell you will be asked to provide all of the information (topics, niche, keywords etc) required to complete your order to your satisfaction. You will need to register with our helpdesk to supply us the necessary information. From there, we match your content request with the best writer for topic or topics and within 4-7 business days you should receive your order via email from our CMS or as an attachment via the same helpdesk ticket.

Question: How Long Will My Order Take?
Answer: Typically, content will be delivered back to you within 4 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the time you provided us all of the details. However, depending on our current workload,  Authority Articles, Product Reviews and Curated Content may take an additional 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver as these are written by our higher quality writing team, and their queue fills up fast. Therefore the answer is within 4-14 Business Days for content delivery. We do strive to deliver your content as quickly as possible.

Question: Can I request different length content?
Answer: Absolutely, we do custom orders regularly. Just open a helpdesk ticket at https://mywriters.zendesk.com, please include as much information as possible.

Question: Do you produce 100% unique content?
Answer: That is correct, all of our articles are 100% unique and custom written for you and will never be resold again to anyone else by us. Our curated content does contain snippets or quotes sourced from authority or news sites, but that is the purpose of curated content. The curated articles are generally at least 90% original and 10% or less of curated content.

Question: Will I have ownership rights to any of the content I purchase?
Answer: Absolutely! Every piece of content you purchase from us is custom created specifically for you. It will belong to you 100% and will never be reused or resold by us. It is 100% owned by you.

Question: Are your writers subject matter experts on (fill in the blank) niche?
Answer: Our writers strive to be multifaceted, and multi-versed on many topics and niches. They will do research to gather information for any tasks that they may feel requires them to. However please keep in mind, that for the price you are paying you are not going to get detailed writing that requires hours of intensive research. Our primary focus on content writing has, and will always be SEO and editorial specific not SME (Subject Matter Expert) required topics.

Question: What if I am unsatisfied with the articles?
Answer: In almost all cases, we will do what it takes to make things right, even if it means rewriting from scratch. However due to the nature of this business, once the articles are written there are no refunds only edits because the writers have already been paid. Please see our Refunds Page.

Question: Do you offer refunds?
Answer: No. We do not offer refunds on content. We pay our writers for these articles and we can not take back their money for work performed. Content writing is a service. You can cancel a subscription from further billing, but we can not provide refunds for services rendered. For more details see our Refunds page.

For Curated Content Subscriptions

 

Question: How Long After I place my order will I begin receiving content – for a curated content subscription?
Answer: We try to assign a writer as soon as possible to your project. However depending on workload at the time of your order, it may take up to 7-14 business days until you begin receiving your content. From the point you receive your first post, you will then begin receiving your remaining content weekly. We typically posts content at the beginning of the week (Mondays and Tuesday’s), therefore if an order comes in on Friday, we may not beginning posting to your site until the 2nd Monday following that Friday, roughly 10 days and then it will be posted every week around the same time as long as the subscription remains active.

Question: What type of posting schedule do you recommend for my site – for a curated content subscription?
Answer: There is no hard and fast rule to this. But we typically schedule 1 article a week orders to post on Wednesdays, 2 articles a week orders to post on Tuesday and Thursday and 3 articles a week orders to post Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But again, that is just a matter of preference, not a rule.

Question: Do you have to post the content to my site – for a curated content subscription?
Answer: No. We offer to post content to your WordPress blog as a courtesy. We can either schedule the posts for you and make this completely hands off for you, or we can leave it marked as draft. We do not posts content to non WordPress sites. We will deliver that content in text format to the client for them to post. We can also NOT post to your site and just deliver the content in text format each week if you wish.

Question: Can I provide you the source sites I want you to curate from?
Answer: Yes, of course you can. Just keep in mind if this is a curated subscription and you do not supply the sites in a timely fashion, the posting schedule can fall behind. So for subscription based curated content, if you wish to supply urls they must be turned in weekly.

Question: What sizes are the curated posts – for a curated content subscription?
Answer: That depends upon the package you purchase.

  • 4 Posts per month consists of 2 x 600 words and 2 x 1000 words articles
  • 8 Posts per month consists of 4 x 600 words and 4 x 1000 words articles
  • 12 Posts per month consists of 6 x 600 words and 6 x 1000 words articles

Question: Can I request different size content than what you have advertised in your site?

For Product Reviews

Question: What format do I receive my review in?
Answer: We send reviews in a zip folder which contains all images as well as a word document with your review and images inline.

Question: Where do you get your images?
Answer: We will take images from the products website. If there are no images available from the product website, then we can not include images. There are copyright laws for images, therefore we can not take images from any other sites besides the product

Question: Can I request different size content than what you have advertised on your site?

Question: What do I do once I receive my content?
Answer: We recommend you paste the review into your site as we have it laid out on the document. We also recommend you place a couple strategic text links within the content that links to whatever it is you are reviewing as well as a large button at the end of the review that give your readers a direct call to action.
